Star Wars Contest
Win an Autographed Star Wars Cartridge
Update:
The contest is now over and you can view the results here!
We'll have more contests in the future with other cool prizes! Thanks
for all the cool submissions!
We're giving away an autographed Atari 2600 Star Wars
cartridge, signed by programmer Rex Bradford. Rex created the classics
Star
Wars: the Empire Strikes Back and Star
Wars: Jedi Arena (as well as the unreleased game Kabobber),
and he was kind enough to sign a copy of Jedi Arena for us. We're giving
away this unique collector's item to a lucky Atari fan, but you have to
earn it!
We're
looking for scans and pictures of unusual or rare Atari items. Specifically,
pictures of things that aren't already on the Internet. For example, rare
cartridges, hardware, prototypes, advertisements, promotional items, etc.
It just has to be related to the Atari 2600, 5200, or 7800. We will pick
the picture(s) that we think are the most interesting, and the winner
will receive the autographed cartridge.
You can submit as many pictures as you like to increase your chances,
although it only takes one picture/scan to win. And remember - the quality
of the scan/picture will be considered, so try to use good lighting and
high resolution. We will publish the results when the contest is over;
hopefully, it will make an interesting feature when we're done!
Send all entries to:
editor@atariage.com
- Be sure to include your full name, address, and a valid email address
so we may contact you
- The contest will run for 3 weeks until Midnight, Sunday, May 13th
- You must take the picture or scan yourself, or gain permission to submit
it as your own
- The winner will receive one autographed Star Wars: Jedi Arena cartridge.
There's no box or manual, but where else can you get an autographed Star
Wars cartridge?
- All submissions become the property of AtariAge.
