Little is known about this particular Atari 5200 prototype and only one copy of it has been found to exist thus far. It appears to be a menu selection program that was likely slated for some type of kiosk which would have contained an embedded Atari 5200 system with several games available for play. The prototype only consists of the menu software, no games are included.

It's interesting to note that the menu contains the games Asteroids, Failsafe, and Quagmire. Asteroids, originally slated to be a launch title for the 5200, was never released (likely due to the difficulty in controlling the game with the stock 5200 controller). Quagmire was also never released and virtually nothing is known about it. Failsafe was the work-in-progress name for Countermeasure.
